Public Information Request

Access to public records can be obtained by submitting a Public Information Request form.

A governmental body may designate one mailing address and one electronic mail address for receiving written requests for public information (LGC §552.234).

On September 10, 2019, the Liberty City Council designated the following addresses for receipt of public information requests.  A governmental body is not required to respond to a written request for public information unless the request is received at one of these addresses or by hand delivery (LGC §552.205):
