With its ideal location in Southeast Texas, just east of downtown Liberty, the airport is a valuable community resource used by Life Flight emergency helicopter services, disaster relief agencies, general aviation aircraft, and companies from around the country. Liberty Municipal Airport continues to be a favorite stop over because of its low fuel prices, friendly service, and newly upgraded facilities.
The airport has a lighted 3801' runway, 24 hour self-service 100LL fuel & Jet A w/prist, new t-hangars, courtesy vehicle, parking area, and terminal with Wi-Fi, and pilot’s lounge.
Open seven days a week for general aviation use, Liberty Municipal Airport is owned and operated by the City of Liberty
