John O'Bryant is one of the most in demand magicians today. His Reading Magic show is focused on the magic of books and reading. According to O’Bryant, “Opening a book is like opening a door to a world of opportunities. Every day we strive to get our children to read and we strive even harder for them to enjoy it. With the constant distractions from the technology world we are faced with the challenge of getting children to drop the video games and pick up a book.” O’Bryant’s goal is to show children the magic in reading and open up the world to them through books.

Originally from San Antonio, John was just 7 years old when he picked the invisible lock on his first magic kit. He began performing magic as a hobby for his family and friends until he was 15 years old, when he began producing and promoting his own comedy magic shows that he performed at birthday parties and other family oriented events. His shows began to take off and became the number one Magic Show in the San Antonio area.
