About the Pavilion
The five-sided Jubilee Pavilion was built during Liberty’s Texas Sesquicentennial Celebration in 1986 as the focal point of the City’s first Jubilee celebration, which was held on April 19th of that year. This Pavilion is located behind the Humphrey's Cultural Center.
