UPDATED CODES GO INTO EFFECT ON JANUARY 1, 2024

Effective January 1, 2024: The City of Liberty has adopted the 2021 International Building Codes, the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code and the 2023 National Electrical Code. Any plans submitted after January 1, 2024 must comply with the 2021 International Building Codes, the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code and the 2023 National Electrical Code.
