Utility Payments

Payment of Your Utility Bill

  • For your convenience, your utility bill payment may be made online anytime by clicking here: Online Utility Bill Pay.
  • In-person utility payments can be made to the Utility Billing Department in the Lobby of City Hall, 1829 Sam Houston Street.
  • The drive-through station located at City Hall on the corner of Travis and Trinity Street also accepts utility payments. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The drive-through station is also equipped with an after-hours deposit slot immediately before you reach the drive-through window.
