This rare Swallow-tailed Kite was seen flying over the City of Liberty. The swallow-tailed kite averages 21 inches in length with a wingspan of 50 inches. Their head, neck, chest, underwing coverts, belly, and undertail coverts are white, with slate gray back and upperwings. Their tails and flight feathers are white.
