Utility Payments
Payment of Your Utility Bill
Payments may be made in person to the Utility Billing Department in the lobby of City Hall, 1829 Sam Houston Street. If you prefer, you can make payments at the drive-through teller located at City Hall on the corner of Travis and Trinity Streets. Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday from 7:30 to 5:30 and on Friday from 7:30 to 1:00, excluding holidays. Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Beginning in November of 2009 the City Hall Drive Thru will have extended hours on Fridays from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm.
After-Hours Bill Payment
The drive-through station is also equipped with an after-hours deposit slot immediately before you reach the drive-through teller window.
Online Bill Payment
For your convenience your utility bill can be made online at any time by clicking on the Utility Bill Pay symbol anywhere on our website.
